To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@appthecleaner.ae or call our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
4. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our designated return address. Please include the RMA number on the package.
5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

Upon approval of your return:

• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
• We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
• Defective products will be collected at no cost to you.

We offer exchanges for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please contact us at info@appthecleaner.ae. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@appthecleaner.ae or call our customer service hotline.
